Good - Send an email:

Better - Website Support Portal:
Use the support panel on the TAT website: https://tradeautomationtoolbox.com/user/support.aspx. This allows you to see your full ticket history as well as submit new questions. Use the link above or click Support when signed in to the TAT website.
Best - Directly from the TAT Application:
The best way to submit a support ticket is directly inside the TAT application. You don't have to sign in to the website separately and with this option, you can submit your log files directly to support with one click. Plus, you can see your full ticket history here as well, without even leaving TAT.
1. Click the Support Center button on the left menu in TAT
2. Click the Submit a Ticket button in the Support Center that opens up
3. Fill out the ticket form, giving as many details about your question as possible, including selecting the broker you are trading at. Then click Submit, and help is on the way. (You do not need to try to attach your log file at this step.)
4. To make it even easier for our support team to answer your question as quickly as possible, we highly recommend clicking the Upload Logs To Ticket button after your ticket is created. This will securely upload your recent log data to the TAT servers, so we have access to these details to help answer your question.
