Activating proper Market Data Subscription in IB
Go to IB Client Portal -> Settings -> Market Data Subscriptions
To Trade SPX with IBKR you will need to subscribe to the following market data bundles:
✅ OPRA (US Options Exchanges) (NP,L1)
✅Cboe One Add-On Bundle (NP,L1)
✅US Futures and Index Value Bundle plus OTC Markets (NP,L1)
or US Securities Snapshot and Futures Value Bundle (NP,L1) (in some countries)

In different countries subscriptions may look slightly different.
How to check that you have all the data needed
Go to TAT to Live Data section. You should be able to see there all the data like on the screen below
2. Open Quotes section in TAT. You should be able to see there option quotes.
If you can't see any of this data, in most cases it means that some of the data subscription is absent. Just doublecheck that you have all packages we mention at the beginning.
